We may also collect vacation travel requirements which our users divulge when requesting a Custom Price Quote. eTAO Group, LLC does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information: Referring Website. We collect demographic data in order to determine our marketing efforts and track who is linking to our website.

We verify the accuracy of this information by sending a response to your request using the email address you have provided. If our email is returned, we will contact you via telephone as indicated in our Custom Price Quote Terms & Conditions.

We collect this information through the use of an online Custom Price Quote form where we collect demographic information, contact information as well as vacation specific information. The information is collected voluntarily. To receive our products and services, all requested information is mandatory because we must "qualify" your request using your demographic information and price your request using the vacation-specific informatino supplied.

We do employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user's computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable eTAO Group, LLC to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users. Our cookies do not have an expiration date. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.

Banner advertising appearing on our Web site may collect the following information: IP address.

Part II. Information Usage.

The information collected by eTAO Group, LLC will be used for responding to yourCustom Price Quote only. Users who provide information will receive an email response only unless a) our email is returned or b) you do not confirm receipt of your Custom Price Quote.

Registered users will not receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, or our newsletter (unless you register for this independently). Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

The information we collect will be used to create customer profiles based on purchasing history. We will supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other vacation purchases.

We may share data with the following third parties: tour operators. These third parties will use the information as follows: secure airfare, accommodations and/or car rental reservations. Users may not opt out to have their information shared with third parties.

We offer links to other Web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, will advise you by updating our policy online.

Part III. Access to Information

eTAO Group, LLC maintains the accuracy of our information through updates by our users. Users may update their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find by submitting a blank Credit Card Authorization at any time. This information will be automatically with each vacation purchased. Users may delete their information from our database by emailing, faxing or calling us at any time.

If problems arise, users may contact eTAO Group, LLC by email, fax or telephone. We are committed to resolving disputes within 72 hours.
